Team Manager | You are the team leader. As team manager you will be involved in every aspect of this project. At times it will be necessary to aid the research, production and archive managers. This job requires strong interpersonal skills for there will be times when the frustration level is high among group members. You are responsible for meeting the final deadline. | |||||||||||||
Research Manager | You play a pivotal role in this project. This job requires a person who is willing to spend a plethora of time poring over documents. You are going to find missing pictures, quotes and documents even when given very little to go on. You must weigh the effectiveness of every graphic, quote and sound bite. Each of these elements should further the main idea of your project. You are ultimately responsible for the content and that is what drives this project. | |||||||||||||
Production Manager | You are the manager that must learn how to juggle. Often times you will be asked to include late changes so you will need to be flexible and understanding. If you decide to create a play then you will be the head writer; if you produce a multimedia presentation you will be the lead designer. During production you will be working closely with the archive and research managers. | |||||||||||||
